Although the official Covid restriction level has been reduced to Level 0 across the country, the number of cases – particularly amongst the younger members of the population – is still a cause for concern in many quarters. Having reviewed the options and the risks, we now feel that it is safest to conduct the EGM and the AGM on Wednesday 28th July as online meetings. Whilst we are all obviously keen to return to normality as soon as possible and would prefer a face-to-face meeting, that is not possible just yet and rather than postpone further, we feel it best to go ahead in electronic form.

We can then send you details of the meeting link, along with any other documentation relating to the meeting. You will need to have the Zoom client installed on your device and we recommend that you make sure that is in place before Wednesday evening.
