We kick off the weekend’s rugby-related entertainment on Friday evening with a game for the U16s under the floodlights. Our guests will be a Wolves Rugby composite team. Kick off is at 7:00 pm and the club will be open from 6:00 pm.
On Saturday afternoon, the club will be open for Round 1 of the 2020 Six Nations tournament. The first game is Wales vs Italy which kicks off at 2:15 pm. Next up is the Ireland vs Scotland game which starts at 4:45 pm. The bar will be open throughout the afternoon from 2:00 pm onwards.
On Saturday evening, we have a fund-raising Karaoke evening courtesy of Rockstar Karaoke. This is to raise funds to help cover the cost of sending some of our U16s on tour with an Edinburgh select squad. We hope that you can find the time to come down and support our guys (and maybe give us all a song while you’re at it).
Then on Sunday morning, the Hunters (P4-P7) head to Preston Lodge for games (EH32 9BN). Please be at Prestonpans for 10:30 am ready for an 11:00 am start. Unfortunately Preston Lodge do not have a P1-3 squad so that group will have training at the clubhouse from 11:00 am instead. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
We hope to see some great rugby action both on our pitches and on the television and we look forward to a great evening on Saturday at the very least.
