We’ve got SEVENTEEN different teams travelling to Montgomery Park, and every single one of them is coming for the noise, the atmosphere, and the welcome we’re famous for.

🔵 FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS — 1XV vs Queensferry

Kick off the weekend with a proper Friday night clash as our 1XV take on Queensferry under the lights.

And adding something special…

We’re hosting Les Farios, our friends from L’Isle‑Sur‑La‑Sorgue 🇫🇷

They’re flying in to cheer on Penicuik — let’s show them how loud Montgomery Park can get.

Les Farios is a veteran rugby association based in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region of France.

Founded in 1988 by retired players from the Boxeland Club Islois (BCI XV), the club is dedicated to maintaining the “rugby adventure” for players over the age of 35.Club Identity and SpiritLogo and Kit: The team is easily recognised by their distinctive harlequin jerseys and a trout (fario) logo.

The “Fariottes”: The club is known for its strong family atmosphere, with a dedicated group of wives and partners known as the “Fariottes” who are central to the club’s social events.Philosophy: Their primary goals are friendship, team spirit, and preserving traditional rugby values, particularly the troisième mi-temps (post-match celebrations).

Key ActivitiesTournament Hosting: They famously organise the international “Broques-Antiques” tournament at the Stade des Névons.Structure: The association currently has over 60 members split into two main groups:”Young” Team: Players aged 35 to 50.”Senior” Team: Players aged 50 and over.

 SATURDAY — U14/16 FIRST‑EVER 7s

History in the making.

Our U14/16 squads host their first ever 7s tournament, welcoming teams from across the region.

🔵 SUNDAY — PANTHERS FIRST‑EVER 7s

The Panthers step into the spotlight with their debut 7s event.

Fast, fierce, full of heart — this is grassroots rugby at its best.
