Week 1 of our mini and micros rugby season 2024/25 done and completed!

It was great to welcome back this week all our P1 – P7 players, alongwith our pre-school nursery kids in our micro section and all the new players who came down to Montgomery Park.
So much fun was had on the pitches and great to see all the smiles, laughter and enthusiasm on show.
Please spread the word of Penicuik rugby to all your colleagues, neighbours and classmates and help grow our club in the community.

Mini’s games kick off this Sunday with the visit of Livingston RFC to Montgomery Park.
Kick off is 11am, if all players can be down for 10:40 to warm up.

Its been great to see all the parents and siblings down watching the minis & micros this week, we are looking to reopen our kitchen on training/games days for tea/coffee/soft drinks along with filled rolls on Sunday.
If you have capacity to spare a couple hours on a Sunday morning or Wednesday evening please let us know by completing the form below or speaking to your age grade coach
One, small ask….
We love the Penicuik rugby community rugby, from parents all the way down to your pets. But please, when the kids are training on the marked pitches, please refrain from bringing your pets onto the pitch. There is plenty space on the sidelines and in between the 2 pitches to take your pets, but we have to think of the well being of our mini and all our players who expose their bodies on the 2 main pitches.
