Norman “Norrie” Wilson

We are saddened to inform our members of the passing of former member Norman ‘Norrie’ Wilson.

Although latterly a regular at Penicuik Bowling Club, older members will remember Norrie in and around the clubhouse.

Alongside Jimmy Semple, Norrie was instrumental in organizing the annual Christmas bottle raffle which successfully ran for several years.

Our thoughts are with his wife Irene, his son Alan, daughter June and the wider Wilson family.

The funeral is 1pm Friday 8th November at Trinity Community Church (St Mungo’s), then Kirkhill cemetery
