Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Penicuik Rugby Football Club will be held on Wednesday 31st of July 2024 commencing at 7:30 pm. As per the Constitution, either of the joint members on a family membership may be nominated for election although not more than one member may be elected from a single membership.

Items for inclusion on the agenda, nominations for election and apologies for absence can be sent to the Club Secretary by email to secretary@penicuikrugby.org.

Nominations and discussion items must be received by the Club Secretary by 10:00 pm on Wednesday 24th July 2024 either via email or in the clubhouse.
