Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Penicuik Rugby Football Club will be held on Thursday 30th July 2020 commencing at 7:30 pm.

Due to ongoing restrictions relating to group meetings in the context of the current coronavirus pandemic, the meeting will be online and will primarily be restricted to essential business. We will arrange an Extraordinary General Meeting to conduct other business at an appropriate later date.

If you wish to attend the online meeting, please register by contacting the acting Club Secretary, Mrs. Pauline Wighton-Pender by email to secretary@penicuikrugby.org. Apologies for absence may also be sent to the same address.
Further communications about the AGM, including the agenda, will be posted on the club website at www.penicuikrugby.org.

As the clubhouse remains closed it will not be possible to post a physical list of Office Bearers and General Committee positions on the notice board, We will instead post and update a list of nominations on the club website. The majority of the current committee are standing for re-election for the coming year, although we are looking for volunteers to step forward to take on the roles of Social Organiser, Fixture Secretary and Other Member. Nominations must be received by the acting Club Secretary by 10:00 pm on Saturday 25th July.

As per the change to the Constitution at the 2018 AGM, either of the joint members on a family membership may be nominated for election although not more than one member may be elected from a single membership.
