UPDATE – due to ongoing concerns over the number of positive coronavirus cases in Midlothian, the AGM has now been postponed to Wednesday 28th July, commencing at 7:30 pm.


Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Penicuik Rugby Football Club will be held on Wednesday 30th June 2021 Wednesday 28th July commencing at 7:30 pm.

The meeting will be preceded at 7:00 pm by an EGM to approve the 2019-2020 club accounts (please see separate notice).

We currently intend to hold the meeting as a physical, in-person event at the clubhouse subject to the social-distancing rules and guidelines in force at the time. If that turns out not to be possible, we will make alternative arrangements and will update this notice accordingly. However, as the clubhouse remains closed in the interim, it will again not be possible to post a physical list of Office Bearers and General Committee positions on the notice board, We will instead post and update a list of nominations on the club website. As per the change to the Constitution at the 2018 AGM, either of the joint members on a family membership may be nominated for election although not more than one member may be elected from a single membership.

Items for inclusion on the Agenda, nominations for election and apologies for absence can be sent to the club secretary by email to secretary@penicuikrugby.org. Nominations and discussion items must be received by the Club Secretary by 10:00 pm on Wednesday 23rd June Wednesday 21st July.
