UPDATE – due to ongoing concerns over the number of positive coronavirus cases in Midlothian, the EGM has now been postponed to Wednesday 28th July, commencing at 7:00 pm.
Notice is hereby given of an Extraordinary General Meeting of Penicuik Rugby Football Club to be held on Wednesday 30th June Wednesday 28th July commencing at 7:00 pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to review and approve the club accounts for the 2019-2020 season, which were deferred from the proceedings of the 2020 AGM due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The business of the meeting will be solely to cover the above, and no additional items will be discussed.
We currently intend to hold the meeting as a physical, in-person event at the clubhouse subject to the social-distancing rules and guidelines in force at the time. If that turns out not to be possible, we will make alternative arrangements and will update this notice accordingly.
