Our 2xv face their first home league game of the season, the 1xv take their unbeaten record on the road, our youth section host the Greenstone Energy Mini Rugby tournament and Scotland face Tonga in game 2 of the 2023 Rugby World Cup.

Our U14’s & U16 side start the weekend away at Broughton 10:30am ko.

The 1xv travel through to Livingston for game 4 of the league campaign, 3pm ko

Our 2xv host Currie 3xv in their first home game of season 2023/24.

Afterwards stay in the clubhouse for England v Chile at 16:45pm

Greenstone Energy Mini Rugby Festival

Sunday 24th September our youth section are holding their annual festival of rugby and welcome teams from Bigger, Dalkeith, Lasswade, Leith & Livingston.

P1-P5 will run 11am – 12:20pm

P6 & P7 play 12:30 – 1:50pm

We are asking if members could provide tombola prizes and home baking for the event.

Rugby World Cup 2023

Its week 3 of the rugby World Cup, we open on Friday 8pm

If you are lucky enough to be over in France, please send us over your photos in Penicuik kit to Robbie or info@penicuikrugby.org

We’ll publish your photos then viewers will vote on the best photo, and the lucky member will receive a prize.

We have formed a game day bar squad to cover 4pm to 7pm on Saturdays and thanks to the 4 members who have volunteered.  We are looking for some more members to join the team to spread the load.  If you have a few hrs to spare please email info@penicuikrugby.org or speak to Robbie
