Presidents Welcome

With the longest rugby World Cup now finished (Well played South Africa) we start November with a busy weekend for the club as we host our past players day this Saturday and we look forward to stories of old.

As long as the pitches hold up we have a home double header for all to enjoy as we welcome Linlithgow and Hawick Harlequins to Montgomery park.

While results haven’t gone their way the 2s squad continue to create a huge impression where ever they play bringing positivity, determination and fun to the game. Their home fixture against Linlithgow will be another competitive encounter and with a slightly earlier kick off please come down an support the guys as they look for their fist league win.

The firsts entertain Hawick Harlequins and the weather looks like it couldn’t be any different from the away fixture earlier in the season which was played in 20 degree plus heat. Penicuik edged a competitive and physical encounter that day and will be expecting the same as they look to maintain their position at the top of the league table.

Finally thanks to everyone who came along to the kids Halloween party last weekend and to Gav Stephen and his band of helpers for organising such a brilliant evening.

Have a great weekend
