If you wish to attend the online AGM, please register by contacting the acting Club Secretary, Mrs. Pauline Wighton-Pender by email to secretary@penicuikrugby.org. Apologies for absence and nominations for office bearer positions may also be sent to the same address. Nominations must be received by the acting Club Secretary by 10:00 pm on Saturday 25th July. As per the change to the Constitution at the 2018 AGM, either of the joint members on a family membership may be nominated for election although not more than one member may be elected from a single membership.
Please note: The club accounts have been completed and audited and can be made available to club members wishing to inspect them. We will arrange a face-to-face Extraordinary General Meeting to allow full scrutiny of those accounts and to conclude other business as soon as it is possible to do so.
