With the continuing high number of coronavirus cases in Midlothian a cause for concern, and no sign of the region being moved down into Level 1 from the current Level 2 restrictions, it seems highly likely that we will not be able to conduct this years AGM (and the EGM scheduled to precede it) in person as intended.
We have therefore taken the decision to postpone both meetings by 4 weeks (to 28th July) in the hope that the situation will have improved by then. If the restrictions are still in place at that time then we will arrange to hold the meeting online i.e. there will be no further postponement beyond that date.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe a short postponement is the best option in the circumstances.
The separate notices announcing the EGM and AGM have both been updated accordingly on the club website.
