Club Members. Apologies for the last-minute nature of this update – I have no excuses other than I did not read the dates properly.
If you would like to order tickets through the club for the 2021 Autumn Tests (against Australia on 7th November, South Africa on 13th November and/or Japan on 20th November) then I need to get details from you by this Thursday 24th June at the latest.
The procedure has changed this year. Please read the information below then follow the process carefully.
Firstly, all transactions will be online via the Scottish Rugby Ticket Portal. If you do not already have an account in that system, please head there now and set one up.
Secondly, please download the club member order form, fill it in and send it back to me at tickets@penicuikrugby.org. There is no need to send payment at the moment. However, it is very important that you enter your first name, surname and email address exactly as they are registered with the SRU Ticket system as those are the vital pieces of information that will eventually connect you to your tickets.
When the tickets are assigned to clubs (sometime in the next few weeks), you will get a confirmation from the ticket system at which point you will need to go and pay for them directly on the SRU site.
